PLANNING, DESIGN, & EXECUTION

Our multicultural team has a well-rounded perspective on understanding the significance of different traditions and practices.

Our team of specialists will take care of the design, planning, and execution of your entire wedding experience—including all events leading up to the wedding day and the day itself. We’ll learn and understand your vision, and find the very best vendors and resources to bring your wedding dreams to life. We will be your primary point of contact, handling vendor research and contract negotiation, communication between vendors, budget, and guest list management. We’ll also support you at vendor meetings and manage countless other tasks that will ultimately lead to the successful execution of your wedding celebrations. You’ll still participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but without the stress of managing all the details.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Our expert team will be on-site for each event, including the wedding day, to oversee load-in, setup, and monitor all logistics. Your day-of event team will consist of a Planner, Event Director, Lead Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Groom’s Attendant, and a Bridal Attendant. Should your event require additional labor from our team, we will advise you in advance.

INVESTMENT

This package is10%-15% of your overall wedding cost with a minimum of $15,000.

The percentage is based on our time investment, your wedding date, number of guests, number of events, labor involvement, and the complexity of your event.
