We're here to finalize every detail & to make sure that everything is absolutely seamless the day of.

FOR MORE THAN 250 GUEST, ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT IS REQUIRED: $250

 

PLANNING

-Consultation & meeting 1 1/2 months prior to go over your wedding day details & expectations for the big day

-Unlimited Email & phone guidance right when you book: Use us as a resource for all your event questions & etiquette advice.

-Review all booked/signed vendor contracts 

-Provide you with our Preferred Vendor List, Wedding Countdown Calendar & Budget Worksheet Tracker

-Create your custom detailed Wedding day Itinerary, Family & Wedding Party Time line, Reception Diagram, Vendor Contact List & Day of Check List

-Schedule & Perform a walk through at your wedding venue

-Phone & email confirmation with all of your vendors to confirm the following: time of arrival, balance & hours of service

- Organize and execute your wedding ceremony rehearsal

 

 

WEDDING DAY

(included in all packages) 

Day of Coordinator Emergency Kit

PRE-CEREMONY

-Welcome, manage & direct vendors / décor set up at both the ceremony and reception site

- Verify that the venue is staged according to the floorplans

-Place and organize your personal ceremony/reception items . 

-Coordinate the First Look (as needed) 

 

CEREMONY

-Make sure all members of the Bridal Party are ready. 

-Coordinate with your florist to distribute flowers to wedding party/attendants

-Greet your guest and guide/direct them to the ceremony site to be seated

-Facilitate the wedding ceremony & properly line up the processional and cue the  bridal party

 

RECEPTION

-Synchronize the reception & dinner set up

-Coordinate with vendors during your reception to ensure a flawless execution of the time line

- Oversee your Guest book & Gift table

-Make sure that your photographer & videographer are on site to capture all of the formal events

-Greet and direct latearrival guests and guests who did not RSVP

-Distribute vendor payments/tips the day of

-We will be the "go-to" person for any emergencies or issues that may arise the day of

-After the Reception: we will box all of your personal items & make sure all vendors are out at a certain time
