-Consultation to go over Budget, Wedding Style, Wedding day details & Expectations

-We will plan the wedding and handle all the details

-We will Serve as the main point of contact to assist with inquiries, appointment, negotiation and communication throughout the process.

- We will Host monthly conference calls & meetings to go over the check list, budget and make sure all of your concerns are addressed 

-Assist in establishing wedding colors, theme & design concept

-We will create a Detailed Design Board tailored to your style

- Private Online Planning Profile, a helpful tool in planning which includes: Wedding Countdown Calendar, Budget Worksheet Tracker, Vendor Contact List, Guest list & Seating Chart resource.


-Assist in booking ALL vendors

-We will Create a custom Venue & Vendor list and ensure our recommendations are consistent with vision, goals and budget requirements for event

-Venue booking:

a. We will source multiple venues

b.We will schedule & attend site visits for your top 3-5 choices       

c. Review & Negotiate contracts

-Vendor booking:

a. We will source multiple vendors

b.We will schedule & attend meetings (maximum 2 per vendor)

c. Review & Negotiate contracts 


-Accompany the couple to food and cake tastings to take notes and ask necessary questions

-Unlimited Email & phone guidance: Use us as a resource for all event questions & etiquette advice.

-Assistance and information to obtain your marriage license

-Design and proofreading assistance for all wedding-related stationery-items

-Development of contingency plan for weather and other unforeseen challenges

-Consultation & meeting prior to discuss wedding day details & expectations for the big day

-Develop a detailed Wedding day Itinerary, Family & Wedding Party Time line,Ceremony Seating Chart, Reception Diagram, Vendor Contact List & Day of Decor Check List

-Schedule & Perform a walk through at the wedding venue 

-Floral/Rentals Mock up table 

-Phone & email confirmation with all of the vendors to confirm the following: time of arrival, balance & hours of service

-Communicate final counts & provide detailed wedding day itineraries & Diagram to all vendors prior to the event. 

- Organize and execute the wedding ceremony rehearsal

-Welcome, manage & direct vendors / décor set up at both the ceremony and reception site

- Verify that the venue is staged according to the floorplans

-Place and organize all personal ceremony/reception items . 

-Coordinate “get ready photos/video” and the First Look (as needed) 



-Make sure all members of the Bridal Party are ready. 

-Coordinate with the florist to distribute flowers to wedding party/attendants

-Greet guest and guide/direct them to the ceremony site to be seated

-Assist with preparation of wedding processional, recessional and family seating.

-Reserve seating for the family

-Facilitate the wedding ceremony, properly line up the processional and cue the musicians &  bridal party



-Synchronize the reception & dinner set up

-Coordinate with vendors during reception to ensure a flawless execution of the time line

- Oversee the Guest book & Gift table

-Assistance with bustling of wedding dress and assuring the couple is taken care of (beverage/food)

-Make sure that the photographer & videographer are on site to capture all of the formal events

-Greet and direct late‐arrival guests and guests who did not RSVP

-Distribute vendor payments/tips the day of (as needed)

-We will be the "go-to" person for any emergencies or issues that may arise the day of

-After the Reception: we will box all of the personal items, assist family member to take gifts & oversee breakdown/clean-up of all vendors.
