PLANNING, DESIGN, & EXECUTION

Our team of specialists will take care of the design, planning, and execution of your event. We will learn and understand your vision, and find the very best vendors and resources to bring your event to life. We will be your primary point of contact, handling all the vendor research and contract negotiation, communication between vendors, budget, and guest list management. We’ll also be your support at vendor meetings and countless other tasks that will ultimately lead to a successful execution of your event. You’ll still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but won’t have the stress of planning and managing all the details.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Our expert team will be on-site the day of to oversee the load-in, setup, and monitor all logistics.

INVESTMENT

This package is 10% of your overall event cost with a minimum of $10,000.

The percentage is based on our time investment, your event date, number of guests, number of events, labor involvement, and the complexity of your event.
